Those who do cash in can spend their winnings at one of three new restaurants.
"New York-style deli, a steak house, an Italian restaurant, and we’re opening up with a concert by Foreigner tonight," said Casino President Steve Bonner.
Ty Pennington from “Extreme Makeover” helped reveal the new $150 million makeover. It was also a big economic boost for the area, creating 2,000 construction jobs and 800 full-time positions.
